We ensure prompt shipping for all orders, dispatched the next working day with free delivery within the UK. Orders made on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Delays in Post:

We accept returns within 60 days of the purchase date.

Customers are responsible for covering the postage costs for returns.

In cases where the fault lies with our service or product, upon verification, we will happily refund both the item costs and the postage fees incurred for the return.

Pack the item securely for return, ensuring it remains in its original condition.

Ship the package using a traceable shipping service, covering the postage costs.

Refund Procedure:

Upon receiving the returned item and validating the issue, we will process the refund for the item cost and, if applicable, the postage fees.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
