Postage:

We ensure prompt shipping for all orders, dispatched the next working day with free delivery within the UK. Orders made on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Delays in Post:

If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe (5-7 working days), please reach out to us for assistance.

Returns:

We accept returns within 60 days of the purchase date.

Customers are responsible for covering the postage costs for returns.

In cases where the fault lies with our service or product, upon verification, we will happily refund both the item costs and the postage fees incurred for the return.

Return Process:

Pack the item securely for return, ensuring it remains in its original condition.

Ship the package using a traceable shipping service, covering the postage costs.

Refund Procedure:

Upon receiving the returned item and validating the issue, we will process the refund for the item cost and, if applicable, the postage fees.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exclusions:

We regret that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been significantly used or altered from their original condition, unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
